Departure Info & Registration for CFM 2027

Dear Students,

As our course comes to an end, here are a few important details regarding your departure and registration for next year.

Before you leave, please ensure you complete the following steps:

• Bedding & Towels: Bring all used bed linen and towels downstairs. While you are there, please check the shelf where the toilet paper is kept to make sure no unmarked laundry belonging to you is left behind.

• Room & Bathroom: Leave your room broom-clean and the bathroom as clean as possible. Please empty all trash cans and take out the garbage.

• Room Environment: Close all windows, turn off the lights, and switch off the air conditioning.

• Room Key: Leave your key inside the lock of your bedroom door.

• Tablets: If you used a Tablet from the Casa Generalizia, please give it to P. Gregorio after the last lesson.

Important Information for CFM 2027

For those looking ahead to next year's course:

• Current 1st & 2nd Year Students: You automatically have a reserved spot on the participant list for CFM 2027.

• Confirmation Deadline: To hold your spot, you must confirm your participation by March 25th at the latest. If I do not hear from you by this date, your reserved spot will be released to others.

• Cancellations: If you confirm your spot and later realize you cannot attend, please inform me as soon as possible so I can notify someone on the waiting list.

• Graduating Students: If you complete the final year of the course this year, a spot is not automatically reserved for another participant from your monastery next year. If your monastery would like to send someone in 2027, please submit the request as soon as possible, as we have already received many inquiries.
