Pilgrimage to Assisi - Sunday September 14

Dear sisters and brothers,

This coming Sunday we will spend the day together in Assisi. Please find the details of the program below:

Schedule

• 06:15 – Breakfast

• 07:00 – Departure by bus (please be on time at the main entrance!)

• During the drive: Lauds will be prayed together in the bus

• In Assisi: Sunday Mass with the Poor Clares (we will join their liturgy)

• Lunch at Casa Papa Giovanni

• Afternoon: Visit of the Basilica of St. Francis and the Portiuncula

• 17:00 – Departure from Assisi

• During the drive: Vespers in the bus

• Arrival in Rome: between 20:00 and 21:00

  
  

Practical information

• Bring something to drink for the day.

• Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking.

• Weather forecast: around 20°C with possible light rain → bring a jacket and, if possible, a small umbrella.
